Spigot Stainless Bottle: Oldie but Goodie

Spigot Single Wall Stainless Steel BottleLooking for a single-walled stainless steel bottle that’s a little different, but still classic in styling? Our Spigot Stainless Bottle might be what you’re after! It’s long been a staple on our website, and Deborah recently spent some time using it to find out just why our clients like this bottle.

Metal bottles have been sought-after items for our clients since we launched Bulletin Bottle in 2012. With the introduction of insulated water bottles with uber-long temperature control, we thought we’d see a decline in the popularity of single wall bottles. However, that hasn’t been the case at all, evidenced by the fact that timelessly styled bottles, like this one, are still selling well!  Continue reading

Takeya Originals 18 oz. Insulated Water Bottle: 5 Reasons It’s a Great Buy

Takeya Originals 18 oz. Insulated Water BottleWhen we launched Bulletin Bottle in 2012, we didn’t offer brand name water bottles. Our clients were looking for inexpensive water bottles; something different, but nothing that would rock the boat in terms of budget. The water-bottle-as-accessory thing didn’t really take off until a few years later. Boy, has it ever taken off, so we’re thrilled to introduce the Takeya Originals 18 oz. Insulated Water Bottle to our lineup! Continue reading

Seamless Water Bottle Logos: We Can Do Full Color Wraps!

Bottle Logos Custom Color WrapWhen planning a project, it can be daunting to decide your bottle logos should look like. Should you use your company logo? Design something new? How do you maximize the imprint area and make your message stand out? Did you know that we have a selection of bottles with the capability for a seamless, full color wrap?

Many of our clients have expressed the desire to make their bottle logos fully wrap around. Up until now, the only option was a wrapped design with a gap, usually about ¾”, to avoid smearing and lessen the appearance of slight misalignment. The technology just wasn’t there to craft full wraps with perfect precision. Until now.  Continue reading

USA made water bottlesDid you plan 2019 budgets around the possibility of skyrocketing tariffs? Nope, we didn’t think so. Nonetheless, here we are, midway through the year, with tariffs rocking Chinese imports and driving prices up.

So do you abandon all of your projects due to cost? Pick and choose the critical ones? Perhaps. But there’s another option: choosing USA made water bottles. Continue reading

Glass Tumbler with Bamboo Lid: Classic Glass Vessel Gets a Modern Update

Glass Bottle with Bamboo LidLooking for a beautiful bottle with a high perceived value and a modern update? Look no further than our Glass Tumbler with Bamboo Lid. Our sales administrator, Deborah, spent some time using this bottle and had plenty to talk about!

Custom glass tumblers are classic and beautiful. They come in a wide range of styles, and often use silicone protectors to add a pop of color. Deborah loved that this bottle takes that one step further, carrying the color of the silicone sleeve through to the straw hole and the lid’s gasket. And speaking of straws—there’s a stopper on this one. It may not seem like a big deal, but the stopper keeps the Tritan (read: durable!) straw from falling out of the tumbler accidentally! Plastic Straw Bans: When Regulation Goes Too Far

Plastic Straw BansYou know how some corporations and municipalities have banned (or are thinking about banning) disposable plastic straws? Yeah, so…about those straw bans. There is definitely more than one side of the story to consider.

Ok, so there’s plastic pollution. That’s a fact. Straws are plastic, and they’re certainly turning up in oceans, lakes, and other waterways. So, for people who want to see humans consume less plastic, straws are a pretty easy target.

Estimates vary as to how much plastic straw pollution is out there. One report suggests they make up more than 7% of the plastics found in the U.S. by piece. There’s also a stat floating around about how Americans use over 500 million plastic straws a day. Know where this came from? A 9-year-old boy’s telephone poll (from 2011). It goes without saying that there’s major scientific uncertainty over THAT number! Continue reading

Eimskip, Shipping Containers, and Portland, Maine (Oh My!)

Recently, I had the awesome opportunity to tour Eimskip, a major transportation company that serves the Northern Atlantic. I was very interested to see how Portland, Maine (our home turf!) has become an integral part of international trade and learn more about how Bulletin Bottle is impacted by businesses like Eimskip.

Eimskip was founded in 1914 and runs a network of 63 offices in 20 countries and operates a fleet of 22 vessels. Not too shabby! Their presence in Portland is large and proud. Continue reading

Stainless Insulated Tumbler with Straw: Taking Wholesale Water Bottles to a New Level!

Wholesale Water Bottles Stainless Insulated Tumbler
When your iced drink needs to be VERY cold!

Have you seen our newest category of custom tumblers? They take buying wholesale water bottles to a whole new level. Gone are the days of only having bike bottles and squeeze bottles to choose from when considering a bulk water bottle purchase. There’s still a very definite place for those type of bottles, but options have grown a lot over the years to include high end, retail inspired designs.

A great addition to that category is our classically designed Stainless Insulated Tumbler with Straw. We think this is going to be (one of) this year’s hottest items. As recently as Monday night, we saw two celebrities using this same style to drink from during a popular television show! Continue reading
